Ready to begin?

Not sure where to start? Book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call and we’ll help you find a practice that feels right for you. Whether you're just beginning or looking to deepen your routine, we’re here to guide you.

Do I need prior experience to join?

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and take breaks whenever needed.

What should I bring to a class?

Just yourself. We have mats, blocks, straps, and blankets available at the studio. If you prefer your own mat, feel free to bring it. Wear clothes you can move in comfortably. Water is welcome — we also have a filtered station.

How do I choose the right class?

Start with any class labeled Beginner, Gentle, or All Levels. Read the short class description — it tells you the pace, focus, and what to expect. Still unsure? Message us. We'll ask a few questions and point you to the right fit.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, up to 4 hours before class starts — no fee. Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a small charge (to protect teachers spot availability). Class Card users can simply rebook. Unlimited members can cancel anytime within the window.

How often should I practice?

That's up to you and your body. For beginners, 1–2 times per week builds consistency without burnout. Many members find 3–4 times per week creates noticeable shifts in strength and calm. Most important: show up when it feels supportive, not like a chore.

What if I feel unsure or out of place?

You're not alone — almost everyone feels that way at first. Our classes are designed for real bodies and real nerves. Arrive early, tell your teacher it's your first time, and take a spot near the back or side. No one will stare, correct you loudly, or expect perfection.
